Amy is the founder of Aperio and is based in California. She is a registered nurse & legal nurse consultant. Her nursing experience includes ICU, ED, PACU, Neuro Intervention, and the only stroke ambulance in Houston. Seeking new challenges, she began legal nurse consulting 7 years ago.  Amy is lead consultant for high volume mass tort cases where she consults on protocols, organization, and nurse review. She also leads the team training for medical malpractice, standard of care investigations, and quality assurance.

Janet has a BS in Nursing and is based in Houston, TX. She has worked in a variety of settings including medical/surgical acute care, dialysis, neurology, and ICU. Her diverse nursing experience gives her a sharp eye for the details in difficult cases. Her keen eye for details and extraordinary organizational skills made her a natural fit in Aperio’s product and drug liability team. She now manages mass tort and MDL team training, process improvement, and quality assurance. She also has a PI and med/mal clients that rely on her detailed chronologies and summaries that are so detailed, it’ll make your head spin.

Chloe has a BS in Nursing and is based in Portland, OR. She is Trauma Certified and works in a busy Tier 2 Emergency Department. Chloe started working for Aperio as an intern while in nursing school. Her ability to learn quickly and her drive for excellence made her a great fit for the team. She currently helps Aperio with nurse recruitment, large docket organization, medical malpractice, and special projects.
