Chloe is the Director of Operations at Aperio Solutions, where she leads the strategic direction, team development, and execution of large-scale legal nurse consulting projects. With a robust background in high-acuity clinical settings and deep expertise in complex litigation support, Chloe brings a unique blend of medical insight and operational leadership to her role.
Clinically, Chloe is trauma-certified and has specialized in Level 1 Trauma Emergency Departments for both pediatric and adult populations, as well as Intensive Care Units. Her hands-on experience in critical care environments across major health systems has shaped her ability to assess complex medical cases with precision and urgency.
In the legal space, Chloe has cultivated a niche in mass tort litigation, particularly in the areas of settlement preparation, extraordinary injury evaluation, and rebuttal report development. Her expertise spans medical malpractice, personal injury, and Defense Medical Examination (DME) attendance and reporting. She plays a critical role in managing large dockets, recruiting and training nurse reviewers, and ensuring streamlined workflows and quality assurance across high-volume projects.
